Two Become One!

Alas! It is true.... after a long summer of grueling it out with our labor intensive methods Edward has decided that there is more money in money for old rope- so he has become an investment banker. He's not investing in any wood fired pizza businesses though.
   So from here on out I am going it alone, I'll skip over the absolutely ruddy dismal Cirencester Christmas; suffice to say the organizers/ town council should be ashamed and possibly locked up. I am now fully willing to take part in the new concept reality TV show 'Town Hall T*****s'.
   Onward- Piu Pizza will be changing its format slightly and serving out of the mobile vehicle to save on moving the enormously heavy oven and setting up everything from scratch every time.
   The pictures below are showing the Land Rover pretty much done on the outside- the inside is empty right now save a few bits and bobs. The setup will have the doors open- one fully around covering the passenger door and a large canopy covering the preparation area and some cover for the customers.
